Sales Representative (Roofing)–$36,000-$150,000– Monroe, GA The Role Do you excel in customer-facing roles and thrive on meeting new people? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves meeting with homeowners, discussing material options, contract details, and payments. You will spend a significant amount of time in the field, primarily after 5 PM and on weekends. Full time and part time applicants considered, candidates need to be within an 80-mile radius of Monroe, GA. Key Responsibilities: Meet with homeowners to review material options, contract details, and payments. Utilize social media to market your success and promote online reviews. Develop business relationships to establish a referral network. Inspect roofs or properties to determine damage, scope of repairs, or rehab options. Work with insurance companies, property managers, homeowners, and other stakeholders. Collect initial contract deposits and request progress or final payments as required. Expand your knowledge of building materials, unit measurements, and project timeframes. Full-time or part-time positions available with flexible schedules. The Person Customer-facing sales experience is helpful; home improvement sales experience is beneficial but not required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and understanding of basic math concepts. Reliable and safe transportation. Basic tools needed: roof boots, extension ladder, tape measure, cell phone. Willing to invest in personal tools: laptop, tablet, high-quality camera, construction software.
