(GA/SC) is looking for Dynamic Telesales Employee to join the

are looking for you! Responsible for maximizing sales and
distribution of all Beverage South (GA/SC) products within the
assigned account base. Executes the planning, selling, distribution
and reporting functions within the assigned accounts in order to
accomplish performance results against objectives. NATURE AND SCOPE
The TeleSales Representative reports directly to the Area Sales
Manager. This position must obtain increased sales & market share
through identifying opportunities, strong customer rapport,
professional selling skills and great communication. Performance is
measured by achievement of sales and distribution goals as set by
management. In addition, territory & time management, planning
skills, selling skills, personal presentation, administration,
customer service will be measured. PRINCIPAL INTERACTIONS
Delivery-Merchandisers, daily to discuss account specific delivery
information or customer service issues. Area Sales Manager, daily
to discuss current execution vs. goals and any pertinent
competitive or customer information. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE This
position requires 2 years sales experience or 2 years of consumer
goods experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Candidate must
be self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate
professional sales and administration skills. Must be goal oriented
and able to prioritize multiple goals and strategies. Must be
capable of time management, strategic planning, concise
communication & strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work a
flexible work schedule and be physically able to lift, push and
pull a minimum of 50 pounds of product regularly. PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES Maximize retail sales for your assigned accounts
through the implementation and execution of established sales and
distribution goals. Complete thorough month-end recap of actual
performance results against objectives. Work to ensure effective
internal communication by concisely discussing facts with relevant
co-workers (drivers, sales manager and merchandisers) involved
with, or affected by the situation. Utilize data, marketing data,
hand held & build sheet data, as well as, strategic planning to
ensure proper forecasting, pre-selling and inventory levels. This
maximizes effective distribution and eliminates over stock, out of
stock and out of date situations. Complies with all state, local
and federal laws pertaining to the sale and distribution of
alcoholic beverage products. Executes all responsibilities of this
position according to Beverage South (GA/SC) Policies and
Procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
