is seeking a Senior Director, Acquisition Credit Policy & Analytics
in our North American Fuel Division, based in Atlanta, GA. This
role reports to the VP of Acquisition Risk for the US and involves
executing credit strategies and analytics for the US Vehicle
payment business, generating approximately $1B in annual revenue.
The role requires collaboration with stakeholders,
Legal/Compliance, and Risk leaders.How We WorkThis position is
hybrid; Corpay provides a dedicated workspace in Atlanta, GA, at
our Global Headquarters.Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities
include:
- Developing and managing the credit roadmap aligned with company
strategy, in partnership with customers, stakeholders, and Risk
leaders.
- Evaluating, testing, and integrating credit data sources using
analytics.
- Owning credit loss rates and leveraging data to reduce
application credit risk, increase automation, and enhance decision
accuracy.
- Creating and defining credit strategies and visions.
- Identifying needs in people, processes, and technology to build
effective credit policies that support growth and risk
mitigation.
- Analyzing credit models and data sources to identify trends and
opportunities for improvement, including designing new credit
models/rules.
- Designing 'test and learn' campaigns with cross-functional
partners to validate hypotheses.
- Partnering with Decision Technology to implement credit rules
and cash flow strategies.
- Collaborating with Fraud Analytics to optimize credit and fraud
model orthogonality.
- Enhancing and automating reporting processes.
- Working with credit operations to improve manual review
processes.
- Creating segment-level NPV models with cross-functional teams
to maximize approvals.
- Engaging with Technology, Customer Service, and other teams to
understand products and identify improvements.
- Managing 1-2 offshore analysts to support credit strategy
analytics.
- Implementing strategies through business requirements, testing
in UAT and production environments.Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years in credit risk strategy, especially in credit card
acquisition, with a focus on Near-Prime segments.
- 5+ years in underwriting and strategy development for Small
Business Segments.
- Experience in unsecured credit/lending strategies, particularly
in near-prime, new-to-credit, and thin-file segments.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Proven success in leading initiatives and delivering
results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior
audiences.
