If you're ready to make an impact and lead marketing that sets new standards, we want to hear from you!Who You AreA forward-thinking entrepreneurial leader who can see the big picture but also thrives on getting hands-on to drive execution.A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges.A team builder with a proven ability to staff, develop and lead high-performing teams.A strong blend of creativity, operational focus, and data-driven decision-making.Passionate about home furnishings and interior design, with a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances.Experienced in multi-brand marketing and B2B strategies, ideally within the premium or luxury space.Eager to make a lasting impact within an organization that values innovation and results.ResponsibilitiesMarketing and Brand StrategyEnhance the positioning and relevance of our brands to drive awareness, competitive differentiation, customer preference, and accelerated revenue growthCollaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute superior omni-channel brand experiences (print, digital and showrooms)Develop tools that enable the sales team to exceed revenue targets through greater levels of efficiency and effectivenessDesign and implement trade marketing plans to grow market share and sales volumeCreate and manage a Marketing Calendar based on product launches, initiatives or strategies set by Sales and company leadership.--CommunicationOwn all internal and external communication efforts, including content strategy, management, creation and distributionDevelop targeted messaging and collateral that describes, differentiates, shows value and addresses sales objections at--each stage of the sales cycle and across channelsWrite creative briefs and direct creative team and external agencies to develop effective print/digital marketing materialsOversee social media, public relations and email/digital marketing campaigns--AnalyticsCompile market, competitor, customer and product data to drive business results and ensure that evolving customer needs are addressedDefine key metrics and generate regular reports to track effectiveness of all marketing initiatives--LeadershipRecruit, develop, and mentor a top-tier marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.Guide the Marketing team on a daily basis, helping them to prioritize projects, problem solve and manage expectationsEnhance marketing processes, ensuring agility and effectiveness in execution.Serve as a thought leader within the organization, influencing key business decisions with marketing insights.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, MBA a plus7+ years of experience managing a Marketing Department5+ years of experience developing B2B marketing strategies and programsDemonstrated success in leading and inspiring high-performing marketing teamsDetail-oriented, with exceptional project management skills to balance multiple priorities seamlesslyProven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growthExperience with marketing automation, CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com) and data analyticsExpertise in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word--PI22fbbfd6a6ea-25660-37204015
