Atlanta, GA (In-Office) An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Class Action & Product Liability Litigation practice in Atlanta. This role is well-suited for an attorney with experience handling complex litigation matters, including mass torts, class actions, and product liability disputes, who is interested in working on high-stakes litigation and sophisticated national matters. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters involving product liability claims, mass tort litigation, and class action disputes. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on involvement in case strategy, and exposure to significant litigation matters across industries. Ideal Background 3 years of litigation experience Experience with product liability, mass tort, or class action litigation Strong experience with legal research, motion drafting, and case analysis Excellent academic credentials (top 20% of class from a top-tier law school preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Admitted in Georgia or eligible to waive in Why This Opportunity Established Class Action & Product Liability litigation practice Sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters Lean team structure with direct partner interaction In-office environment in the Atlanta office Estimated compensation range: $205,000 – $235,000 depending on experience and qualifications Recruiter-Managed Opportunity This opportunity is being handled through a legal recruiting partner.
