The position requires producing professional product deliverables in a timely manner with limited management support and mentoring junior staff.Essential Job Functions:

• Approve system-generated reporting, queries, and related client deliverables for compliance, accuracy, and adherence to supporting information.
• Manage communication with internal and external clients regarding questions related to the servicing of CRE loans.
• Proof transactions and initiate fund transfers in accordance with loan terms, servicing agreements, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and management directions while meeting contractual deliverables.
• Generate or oversee the generation of source data within the servicing system to accurately reflect borrower obligations.
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders by summarizing research as needed.
• Design and build spreadsheet templates and financial models to analyze loan metrics, cash flows, and collateral analysis, including debugging formulas and macros.
• Maintain compliance with servicing standards and policies, addressing provisions requiring exception processing.
• Prepare periodic reports, account reconciliations, and officer certificates as required.
• Demonstrate teamwork by maintaining professionalism, assisting colleagues, and working overtime if necessary.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
• Assist in internal reporting and support asset and portfolio management teams.
• Handle responsibilities related to asset management, portfolio management, treasury services, and escrow administration.
• Perform other activities as assigned by management.Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to learn new tasks and demonstrate professional behavior.
• Leadership experience with small groups or peers is preferred.
• Ability to identify potential problems and take proactive actions.
• Experience with Excel, including formulas and macros.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Note: This description is not exhaustive. Employees may perform other duties as required.
